Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 small
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-8
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Mutton mix boti 750g
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Lemon wedges
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a blender jug,add onions,water,green chillies & blend well.
-Take out in a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,yogurt,turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,black pepper crushed,red chilli pwder,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Add mutton & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In a wok,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add marinated mutton & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame until meat is tender (40-45 minutes).
-Add garam masala powder,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates & dries up.
-Add onion rings & mix well for a minute.
-Turn off the flame and give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with onions rings,lemon wedges,fresh coriander & serve!

-Blender jug mein pyaz,pani aur hari mirchein dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,adrak lehsan paste,dahi,haldi powder,namak,zeera powder,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Mutton dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil dal ker garam ker lein.
-Marinated mutton dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minutes).
-Garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay aur sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Pyaz ka rings dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Pyaz rings,lemon rings aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
